Products you may not sell

• Illegal drugs, controlled substances, and drug paraphernalia.
• Weapons, ammunition, and explosives.
• Counterfeit, stolen, or otherwise infringing goods.
• Adult sexual content or services.
• Live animals, protected wildlife, and human remains or fluids.
• Prescription medicines or medical devices without the required licence.
• Pyramid schemes, get-rich-quick offers, and any other financially deceptive product.

Behaviour we do not allow

• Misleading prices, fake stock levels, or promises you cannot keep.
• Taking payment with no intention of delivering.
• Harassment, hate speech, threats, or discrimination.
• Spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, or misuse of customer contact details.
• Impersonating another business or using someone else's brand without permission.

Technical rules

• No probing, scanning, or attempting to bypass access controls or another business's data.
• No automated scraping that overloads the service.
• No uploading malware or attempting to inject code.
• No reselling or reverse engineering the platform itself.

Reporting a problem

If you find a store breaking these rules, email us with the store address and what you saw. We review every report.

What happens after a breach

Depending on severity we may ask you to fix the issue, remove a listing, suspend the store, or close the account. Serious or unlawful activity is reported to the authorities.
