Refund Policy

There are two kinds of refund here: the subscription you pay us for the platform, and the orders your customers pay you for in your store.

Last updated: 25 September 2026

Your ReloadedSites subscription

  • The first 30 days are free, so you can try everything before you pay anything.
  • Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. Your store stays live to the end of the period you already paid for.
  • We do not pro-rate part-months, but if you were charged after cancelling, or charged twice, we refund it in full.
  • If the service was unusable for an extended period because of a fault on our side, ask us and we will credit or refund that time.
  • Refund requests should reach us within 14 days of the charge.

How to request a subscription refund

Subscription payments are processed by Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders, and refunds are issued by Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net or contact Paddle support using the details on your receipt, within 14 days of the charge. You can also email us and we will help you raise the request.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Paddle's Refund Policy (https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy) also applies to your purchase.

Orders in a merchant's store

Each merchant sets their own returns and refunds terms and is responsible for honouring them. ReloadedSites is not the seller and cannot refund an order on a merchant's behalf.

Shoppers: contact the store you bought from, using the contact details on the store page or your order confirmation. Keep your order number handy.

What merchants must do

  • Publish clear returns terms, including any time limit and who pays return shipping.
  • Answer refund requests promptly and fairly, and follow Jamaican consumer protection law.
  • Mark an order as refunded or cancelled in the dashboard so stock returns to inventory and the change is recorded in the audit log.

Stock and record keeping

When an order is cancelled or refunded, the items are automatically returned to your stock count once, and the reason, quantity, resulting stock level, and time are written to your inventory audit log so you always have a record.

Chargebacks

If a shopper disputes a charge with their bank, the merchant handles the dispute and provides evidence of the sale and delivery. Repeated unresolved disputes may lead us to suspend a store.
