Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information Reloaded Web Solution, trading as ReloadedSites, handles, why we handle it, and how you stay in control of it.
Last updated: 25 September 2026
Information we collect
- Account details: name, email address, and password (stored only as a secure hash).
- Business details: store name, web address, description, logo and banner images, and plan.
- Shop data you enter: products, prices, stock levels, orders, and customer records.
- Shopper details at checkout: name, email, phone number, delivery address, and order notes.
- Technical data: device and browser type, approximate location from your IP address, pages visited, and error reports.
Why we use it
- To create and secure your account and show you your own data.
- To run stores, process orders, and let shoppers track them.
- To take payment for subscriptions and prevent fraud or abuse.
- To provide support and send service notices such as order or billing emails.
- To improve the product and keep it reliable.
Our legal basis for using it
- Contract performance: account details, store data, and order data are processed to provide the service you signed up for.
- Legitimate interests: technical data and error reports are processed to keep the service secure, prevent fraud, and improve reliability.
- Consent: optional cookies and marketing email, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Legal obligation: records we must keep for accounting and tax purposes.
Who acts as the data controller
For merchant accounts and billing, Reloaded Web Solution is the controller. For a shopper's details collected in a merchant's store, the merchant is the controller and we process that data on their behalf under these terms.
Sharing
We never sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that make the platform work — hosting and database, email delivery, and payment processing — under confidentiality obligations, and with authorities when the law requires it.
Subscription payments are handled by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle collects and processes your payment and billing details (such as card details and billing address) to complete the sale, manage your subscription, handle tax compliance and invoicing, and deal with payment-related support and refunds.
How your data is separated
Every business is isolated at the database level with row-level security rules, so one merchant cannot read another merchant's products, orders, or customers. Uploaded images are served through private, time-limited links.
How long we keep it
Account and store data is kept while your account is open. After closure it is deleted within 90 days, except records we must keep for accounting or legal reasons. Order records are typically kept for seven years.
Your choices and rights
- Access, correct, or export your data from your dashboard, or by asking us.
- Ask us to delete your account and personal information.
- Withdraw consent for optional cookies at any time.
- Unsubscribe from marketing email; service emails about your account continue.
Children
The service is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change and note the date at the top. Significant changes are announced in the dashboard or by email.
