Terms & Conditions
These terms are the agreement between you and Reloaded Web Solution, trading as ReloadedSites, when you create an account, run a store, or shop on a store hosted here.
Last updated: 25 September 2026
1. Who these terms cover
Reloaded Web Solution, trading as ReloadedSites, provides software that lets a business build and run an online store. We call that business the merchant, and the person buying from a store the shopper. When you use the service, you are contracting with Reloaded Web Solution.
By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to do so.
2. Your account
- You must give accurate details and keep your password private.
- You are responsible for everything done under your account, including by staff you invite.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
- Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to your account.
3. Free trial and subscriptions
Every new business starts with a 30-day free trial and no card is required. When the trial ends you choose a plan to keep selling.
Plans are billed monthly and renew automatically until you cancel. Plan limits — such as the number of products and staff accounts — are enforced by the system.
We may change prices or plan features. We will tell you before a change affects your next bill.
3a. Payments and our reseller
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics for your subscription are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms), which apply in addition to these terms.
4. Your store and your content
You own your products, images, text, customer records, and orders. You give us permission to host and display them so the service can work.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings, prices, taxes, stock levels, delivery promises, and your own customer service.
5. Sales between merchants and shoppers
A purchase on a store is a contract between the shopper and that merchant. ReloadedSites is not the seller and does not hold the stock.
Questions about an individual order — delivery, exchanges, or a refund — go to the merchant that made the sale.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to break the law, sell prohibited goods, mislead shoppers, infringe someone else's rights, send spam, or attempt to interfere with the platform's security. Our Acceptable Use Policy sets this out in full and forms part of these terms.
7. Availability and support
We work to keep the service available at all times, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Planned maintenance is kept short and announced where practical.
8. Ending the agreement
- You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; your store stays live until the end of the paid period.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, is used unlawfully, or leaves an unpaid balance.
- After closure you can ask us for an export of your business data for 30 days.
9. Liability
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost sales, or indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version and we will tell you about material changes. These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica.
